Overview
It is a requirement of the ISO 9001 quality management system standard for companies to have internal quality audits carried out.

This course provides practical instruction for the internal auditor, and involves considerable delegate participation through workshops and case studies. Having completed the course, each participant will not only be able to carry out internal audits within their own company, but will also be able to develop and maintain a recording system to support the auditing activity, and consequently be capable of improving the corrective action cycle.
